We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receptionist / Secretary

Location: Egbeda, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the Front Desk
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
  • Welcome guests accordingly
  • Answer questions and address complaints
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc
  • Check, sort and forward emails
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep updated records and files.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should posses an OND or HND in any discipline
  • Minimum of one year experience
  • Must be attractive and intellectually sound
  • Must be highly professional with good dress sense.
  • Should be result oriented and highly confidential.
  • Must be proactive and willing to take up new challenges.
  • Applicants MUST reside within EGBEDA and environ.
