Job Title: Business Development Executive

Reports to: Head Business Development/ CEO

Job Brief

• As part of the final selection process, you will be working with the job description below, to shortlist a Growth and Impact Executive for an HR Consulting firm.

As part of the job specification, the said individual should possess the following:

• Work with the team to identify opportunities that will impact Organizational result.
• Develop innovative and strategic approach to driving new business relationships.
• Develop and implement new marketing and sales plan which will lead to increase in customer acquisition.
• Ensure positive and long lasting relationship with existing clients.
• Consistently seek out new opportunities through cold calling, social media, referrals and networking.
• Track Sales data to ensure the organization meets its sale target.
• Articulate and communicate the Sales vision to every member of the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2.1 class of Degree from any university.
• 3 years work experience with at least 2 years cognate experience in Sales.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Must have above average knowledge of social media.

Salary / Benefits

• Minimum of N80,000 plus commissions.
