Essential Responsibilities
- As a member of the Commercial Leadership Progam you will develop practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals.
- In this role you will be responsible for work that is less defined in scope, utilize your understanding and experience to execute business objectives, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.
- The Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) seeks to accelerate the growth and development of exceptional talent through a dynamic sales curriculum that promotes the specialized knowledge and skills inherent to GE's future sales leaders
- Leveraging GE's boundaryless selling environment, the Program offers a framework where Members can harness their outstanding communication, leadership, and technical skills to develop and demonstrate an understanding of quality customer partnerships
- Reaching beyond the simple selling of products and services, Program graduates master the ability to provide wing-to-wing solutions and add value for both GE and its customers

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
