Job Description
- On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit an engineering Graduate who has experience in Plumbing, Electrical, Air-Conditioning, Tiling, and skills for non-industrial applications.
- Ideal candidate should have hands-on work experience in the skill or training experience in the skill.
Responsibilities
- Define the products and services which can be offered on the app.
- Define the price brands for the product and services
- Validate the service providers data prior to onboard them on the app.
- Validate skills of students that go through the skill trainings
- Assist marketing in reaching out to other handymen in the category
- Conduct / supervise handymen induction and onboarding
- Review technical aspect of the customer complaints and resolve the same.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Eng. Degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a vocational institution, property management company or a manufacturing company.
