Job Title: Customer Insights Researcher
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing research projects.
- Data analysis, reporting results and customer sights obtained from research.
- Interfacing with product design teams to incorporate insights gained into product and customer experience design.
Activities
Conduct primary and secondary research using both experimental and non-experimental designs to:
- Identify customer’s met and unmet needs.
- Test customer satisfaction.
- Measure user adoption.
- Identify obstacles to user adoption.
- Bottlenecks to superior customer satisfaction.
- Customer pain points.
- Assist in designing marketing campaigns.
Goal:
- Provide data and insights into consumer behaviour for product and customer experience design.
Key Performance Indicators / Measures of Success
- Quality of insights used to drive.
- User adoption rates for products and marketing campaign
- Other customer experience metrics like Net Promoter Scores (NPS), Retention Rate etc.
Requirements / Skills
- First Degree in Science, Social Sciences, Marketing or a similar area of study.
- A minimum of 2 years work experience.
- Expert with human experimental and non-experimental designs (online and contact)
- Aptitude for statistics.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities
- Report writing.
- Contemporary digital skills.
- Expert use of MS Office tools- Powerpoint, Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills.
