Job Title: Solutions Architect

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• As a Solutions Architect you will be responsible for scoping, designing, and developing Bill of Materials with pricing for solutions relating to Networks & Collaboration Solution and Intelligent Building Management System.
• You will architect for other areas of solution as the company deem fit from time to time

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, access customers met and unmet needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm
• Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements
• Establishing the customer environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting and enforcing system standards
• Design and implementation of new solutions and improving resilience of the current environment
• Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization
• Support of on-site engineers and end users/customer.

Requirements for the Role

• B.Sc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in similar role
• Proven hands – on network engineering experience
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, ITIL, MSCA, MSCE.
