Job Title: Legal Officer
Ref: LO/MOO/HRA/001
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
The appointee will amongst other things be responsible for;
- Handling of all legal issues.
- Handling of all contractual responsibilities involving the company and associates.
- Issue correspondences for and on behalf of the MD/CE to Contractors, Legal Consultants, and other companies having transactions with the company
- Provide professional legal advice to the MDICE on contractual issues.
- Any other assigned.
Requirements
The Suitable candidate must possess:
- LLB, BL (Law).
- A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in Law.
- Must not be more than 32 years.
- Must be a team player with the ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Must be computer literate with a strong work ethics and personal drive to succeed.
- Must be hardworking, willing to learn and with a high level of attention to details.
