Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Overview

  • We are looking for an experienced Secretary who will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize work flow in the office.
  • You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company's workforce.

Your Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls
  • Managing meeting agenda, arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Secretarial Studies or other related course.
  • Proven 3-5 years work experience as a secretary
  • Office management skills
  • Excellent typing Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Good Record keeping and filing skills
  • Excellent typing and Ms office skills
  • Must be able to work with Minimum or no supervision
  • Applicant must reside on the Island (Lekki - Ajah ) for proximity.

Salary
Negotiable based on experience.
