TeamAce Limited - Our client, a leading Bakery in the hospitality industry, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Baker

Location: Ijegun, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Designing and improving recipes
• Measuring and combining ingredients using mixers, blender heat sources and other equipment to make baked products such as loaf, burger, sardine, coconut, wheat, fruit bread etc
• Decorating and displaying finished product
• Keeping records relating to delivery, inventory and production levels
• Taking client information and ensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately on time
• Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift

Requirements

• S.S.C.E / OND in any field of discipline
• Effective communication, time resource management and planning skills
• Flexibility to work around customers demand including early morning, night and weekend and holiday availability
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a baker.

Salary
N40,000 monthly.
