TeamAce Limited - Our client, a leading Bakery in the hospitality industry, is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Baker
Location: Ijegun, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Designing and improving recipes
- Measuring and combining ingredients using mixers, blender heat sources and other equipment to make baked products such as loaf, burger, sardine, coconut, wheat, fruit bread etc
- Decorating and displaying finished product
- Keeping records relating to delivery, inventory and production levels
- Taking client information and ensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately on time
- Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
Requirements
- S.S.C.E / OND in any field of discipline
- Effective communication, time resource management and planning skills
- Flexibility to work around customers demand including early morning, night and weekend and holiday availability
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a baker.
