4ps SolutionsLimited is registered and approved by the Cleaning Practitioners Association of Nigeria (CPAN) and Lagos State Enviromental Protection Agency (LASEPA) to carry out Cleaning, Fumigation and Disinfection of both residential and commercial properties. We use accredited solutions for disinfection against COVID 19 and also issue a certificate of compliance after disinfecting and fumigating your facility.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
• Meeting with potential clients to present our cleaning service and negotiate business deals.
• Improve the company's cleaning service.
• Pitch the company's cleaning services
• Grow the cleaning service of the company.
• Expertly managing the needs of external customers
• Developing strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2 years of work experience with a cleaning company.
• Proven experience working as a marketer or similar role.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and smart.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
• Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong business acumen
