Job Title: Sales Manager (Flexible Packaging)

Location: Ojota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensure that revenue and profit targets are achieved.
• Generating business by leveraging existing relationships, prospecting, conducting market analysis.
• Maximizing sales performance through delivering an exceptional customer experience and by taking customer feedback.
• Implementation of territory growth strategies.
• Sales forecast and review of available pipeline.
• Responsible for leading customer acceptance of new product designs.
• Identifying and developing sustainable relationships with key accounts at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Managing entire sales process - targeting to the top prospectus, identifying client solutions, negotiating, and closing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5 - 7 years of experience in sales with plastics or flexible packaging companies.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas.
• Experience setting sales goals.
• Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Salary
N250,000 - N400,000 Monthly.
