Education/Experience Requirements
- Qualification: Minimum of LLB, BL (Second Class Lower).
- Minimum of 3 years of active intellectual property litigation experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of active litigation experience.
- Sound knowledge of legal drafting skills,, reviewing and negotiating agreements/contracts.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills- verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and solid accuracy.
