Job Title: Senior Supply Chain and Logistics Officer

Overview

• The Senior Supply & Logistics Officer will be responsible for managing the logistics operations of the organization.

The Profile

• First Degree or HND from a reputable tertiary institution. Relevant certification is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of French language.
• Must have at least 4 years experience as a Supply & Logistics Officer. Past experience in the FMCG or E-Commerce sector is an added advantage.
• Proven experience managing large complex teams, comprising of salaried, hourly and agency employees.
• Must be able to ensure that all delivery associates complete their daily order assignments and payment reconciliation accurately and on time.
• Must be able to plan all aspects of logistics operations including inbound/outbound logistics, insurance related to company and logistics operations.
• Would be responsible for the achievement of key last mile delivery, such as delivery success rate, delivery satisfaction score etc.
