Job Title: ERP Support Officer
Location: Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities
- Trouble shoot implementation related issues
- Ensure timely support is provided
- Escalate the issue immediately to the reporting Manager if not solved within stipulated period of time
- MIS reports analysis
- Consolidation of reports (group companies) analysis
- Working with full diligence to support ERP.
Job Requirements
- HND / Graduate in Accounting or IT (Computers).
- 7 years of industrial experience in any ERP software in Finance, Sales, Inventory modules, preferably in any type of manufacturing industry.
- Full knowledge of the various functions in manufacturing industry
- Analytical Skills
- Must be a go-getter.
- Communication & Organizational skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Must adapt self to dynamic profiles of users
- Limited to specific modules but ready to get trained on all modules in ERP and provide support accordingly.
