We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for digital advertisement sales, meet and strive to exceed sales quotas
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with advertisers, advertisement agencies, major partners in order to drive sales growth, and explore innovative channel business models to build long-term channel advantages
• Follow and identify key industry trends and make corresponding adjustments to advertising development strategies
• Create and implement sales programs and tools that help to increase the performance of your team
• Analyse campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
• Enable your team to exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals
• Partner across organizations to ensure the sales channel is set up for success.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in an advertisement agency, Digital Service Provider, or related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build consensus;
• Ability to work independently and ability to maintain a positive attitude in a high-stress / fast-paced work environment.
