Job Summary
- The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible to supervise and inspect the work of assigned room and/orpublic areaattendants to ensure product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided tohotelguestsaccording to hotel and company business objectives at all times.
- Additionally, He/She should be able to effectivelycommunicateboth verbally and written, with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
Candidate Profile
- High School or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Two to three years of housekeeping experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity and including supervisory experience or training.
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
