Job Title: Room Service Waiter / Waitress
Location: Abuja
Job Summary
- As a Room Service Waiter, you are responsible for preparing orders,set trays and delivering items to guest rooms attentively and efficiently, and ensuring to provide excellent quality service as per the Hotel Standard operating procedure.
- Additionally responsible for maintaining cleanliness at work and guest areas by clearing, collecting and returning food and beverage items to the proper area.
- Also serve food courses and beverages to guests.
Candidate Profile
- At least (1) years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- An OND, SSCE, Technical College or Trade Certificate or its equivalent.
- The ability to communicate effectively with guests is highly required.
