Amecron Nigeria Limited - One of our foremost clients, is a successful domestic gas Local Distribution Company (LDC) with an excellent safety track record and over 20 years experience in the distribution and transmission of natural gas via pipelines to industrial /commercial customers in Nigeria. Our client has an ambitious growth aspirations across several operational states in Nigeria.

They are recruiting qualified service personnel to support their ambitions in the position below:

Job Title: Cost Engineer

Overview

• Successful candidate will be at the forefront of this challenging ambition by supporting and enabling growth targets and aspirations.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Develop Projects, Maintenance & Tumaround event budgets and cost estimates for all phases.
• Provide Cost estimate support to all functions / teams in SNG.
• Responsible for controlling, forecasting and reporting projects, maintenance and turnaround costs (CAPEX and OPEX) in all phases.
• Provides support to functions / teams in SNG by developing cost
  Information for Estimation Planning & Allocation

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (minimum and accredited) of any conventional Engineering Discipline, Project & Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum of 5 years experience.

Added Advantage:

• Has experience in budgeting, contracting and procurement management.
