Job Title: IT Support
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description
- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time and prevention of downtime
- Software & Hardware support
- The candidate should be a hands-on individual who will be able to carry out system troubleshooting and repairs
- Carry out system networking and connectivity.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience is mandatory, previous experience in a call center operation environment will be an added advantage.
