Job Description
The sales / marketing executive will be saddled with the following responsibilities:

• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Increasing value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Fixing and developing new market and improving sales.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual targets with the sales team.
• Promoting the organization and her products.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• 3 - 5 years of cognate experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Evidence of previous successful marketing campaigns and achieved financial targets.
• Team player, outgoing personality, appearance is important and must be a friendly person with smiles.
• Good communicator with excellent organizational decision making and time management skills.
