Ruff 'n' Tumble is an indigenous premium brand for quality children’s clothing, shoes and accessories. The brand was founded by Adenike Ogunlesi in 1996 as a solution to the unavailability of quality kids’ clothing and to showcase the possibilities that abound in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Brand and Marketing Executive

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing and monitoring in store marketing execution as it relates to each business cycle and developing ways to improve those campaigns
• Submit ideas for experiential marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the brand and help meet sales target.
• Work closely with the sales associates to deliver on marketing speak for each campaign.
• Monitor the delivery and execution of marketing promotional items across all stores
• Research and source for partnership and collaborations to drive footfall and help meet sales target
• Carryout store visitation on a weekly basis.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing or brand management role.
• Experience in the FMCG industry would be an advantage.
• Possess strong communication skill in English language and is able to translate for marketing collaterals.
• Proactive, result-driven and presentable.
• Analytical minded, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
