Job Title: Receptionist / Front Desk Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Answering the telephone, scheduling, rescheduling or cancelling appointments and sending emails or other correspondence.
- Welcome and greet patients and their families to the facility and obtain the reason for their visit to direct them to where they need to go.
- Register patients, write reports and maintain patient medical reports, as well.
- Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
- Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.
- Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
- Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders.
- Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
- Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note-taking.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc / HND / Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Front Desk Officer/Receptionist is a must.
- Ability to multitask
- Should have basic account knowledge.
