- An ability to work in a team with good grasp of English language.
- Create sms content on variety of topics.
- Sent to logos (Nigeria) for localization.
- Get it uploaded on sms application.
- Monitor list for quality and customers.
- Script writing.
- Select stories.
- Get it recorded from lagos (Nigeria)
- Get it uploaded to IVR.
- Monitor daily pulses to understand customer preference.
- Good knowledge of excel, word.
