Thyaura Limited is a middle size, fast paced Facilities Management company who also undertake specialist projects and janitorial Services to various clients across Nigeria. We provide Janitorial services, facilities management aervices, equipment leasing and height services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility / Site Manager

Location: Abuja

Job Description

• We’re seeking a highly organized, self-motivated professional for the role of a Facility/Site Manager with our Organization’s Abuja Office.

Responibilities

• Assign janitorial duties to team members.
• Provide coaching, training and guidance on janitorial procedures and proper use of cleaning equipment, consumables & tools.
• Assist with the hiring of new janitors.
• Regularly inspect janitors’ work performance, to ensure conformance to specifications and established quality standards

Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes

• A good First Degree in Accounting, Business Administration / Business Managenent, Economcs, Statistics or any other relevant course.
• Minmum of 3 years related experience in a similar role.
• Analytical & Attentive.
• Good communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Work experience in Facility Management/Janitorial Services Firm highly essential.

Salary
N85,000 monthly (Gross)
