Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Lagos

Qualification: BSc/ HND in Electrical Engineering or Social Sciences
Experience: 2 years
Age; Not more than 27years

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
- Generate invoice for all walk in customers
- Analyzing sales figures/date, interpreting trends to facilitate planning and forecasting of future sales volumes.
- Log all after sales service issues.
- Follow up on or after sales service issues
- Give after sales feedback to customers.
Key Performance indicators (KPI’s)
- Importance of the management of the front office.
- Meet least Fifty Percent (50%) of the issued Quotations.
- Engage in Tele-marketing; follow up and close on all sales opportunities as at when necessary.
Key competency Requirements
- Knowledge of Electrical Panel component
- Basic Numerical Skills
- Third-party supplier and Vendor management
- Be exceptional at relationship management and business development with extensive
- Customer interaction.
- Have effective written, Communication and presentation skills.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel and Power Point.
