Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Isolo, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Maintaining files and dealing with other administrative support tasks
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new ones as necessitated
- Project related field work and logistic support for the organization
- Fleet maintenance of official car
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Welcoming visitors to the office
- Sceening of canidates for recruitments
- Providing visitors with information
- Resolving office-related issues.
Requirements
- OND in relevant field
- 0 - 1 year work experience
- Preferably male for gender balance
- Must live within Ajao Estate, Isolo, Oshodi and it's environs
- Relevant experience in an office environment, preferably in an administrative position
- Flexibility.
