Job Title: Store / Inventory Officer
Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Receive and record incoming and outgoing items from the store.
- Verify Purchases made by the procurement department.
- Manage stock and inventory and make key decisions about stock control.
- Send the Procurement Department notification of items to reorder or purchase on regular purchases such as food stuffs.
- Assist in purchasing items for food production.
- Perform quality assurance of stock on a regular basis.
- Audit daily usage report to ensure conformity with sales reports.
- Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on the store activities and operations.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing. professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
- Perform any other task assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with a minimum of 2 years work experience.
