Job Title: Operations Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Operations Manager will be responsible for inspecting accounts, engaging in proactive visits of accounts, securing ratings of staff, coordinating site visits and new accounts orientation, resolving customer complaints, training & development of staff, and maintaining client relations.

Essential Duties

• Provides ‘on-site’ training for staff
• Identifies Special Service work opportunities
• Engage in secondary marketing activities to increase business
• Reviews customer needs for consumable supply needs
• Resolves customer complaints as necessary
• Hires cleaning staff.
• Conducts new hire training and continuous development of staff
• Attempts resolution of customer complaints
• Ensures compliance with all labor laws, OSHA regulations and Company policies and procedures.

Education

• Undergraduate Degree in related discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a large commercial cleaning organization or hospitality housekeeping management.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to manage large teams of people in an organized structure
• Track record of success in the management of large teams in a competitive environment
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) and Internet operations
• Strong presentation skills
• Professional speaking voice and demeanor
• Ability to work highly sensitive information and work in a confidential environment
• Proven ability to train staff
