We are a real estate development company firm with interests in luxury apartments and estates and low-cost housing. We are in partnership with the government in providing quality yet affordablehousing.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers on all matters pertaining to the Executive Director
  • Conduct research and source information on agents and customers interested in real estate
  • Take minutes of meetings and prepare meeting reports
  • Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
  • Plan and execute meetings, events, manage itineraries which includes but not limited to calendar, travels etc
  • Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database
  • Attend to mails and enquiries on behalf of the Executive Director and managing correspondences
  • Provide general administrative support.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification for the role is a First Degree (B.Sc or HND) with at least 3 years relevant experience.
  • Ability to drive is an added advantage.

Working knowledge, skills and competencies and attributes:

  • Proven experience in similar role
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) skills
  • Tech-savvy in Microsoft Office suites and Outlook
  • Multitask, presentable and patient
  • Self-starter, independent and willing to learn
  • Effective time management skills
  • Trustworthy and very confidential
  • Highly organised and able to meet deadlines
  • Proactive and with strong decision making skills.
