Maintenance / Facility Manager at a Reputable Real Estate Company

A reputable established company with notable presence in Lagos, looking to renovate, restructure and rebrand the image of our luxury high-rise residential estate in Ikoyi. Due to the large size of the Estate and the extensive list of facilities we offer, we require dedicated individuals that are highly capable and ready to take the initiative and lead in managing the facilities to fill the position below:

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Building Technology / Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 5 years post graduate work experience.
• Must be matured and able to take initiatives and work without supervision
• Must be a team leader with professional working track records in the Property industry.
• He or She must have good knowledge of technical features of Electrical systems, Lift and Generator Maintenance, Plumbing fixtures and Air- Condition works and ready to work at flexible hours.
