Job Title: Concierge
Location: Abuja
Job Description
Act as first point of contact between guests and the hotel and is expected to perform such duties as mentioned below, but not limited to:
- Welcome guests and assist them with any and all information about the hotel and the city.
- Show guests to their room and explain the facilities.
- Assist in upselling and cross selling of hotel rooms and products/packages.
- Respond to guest complaints and proffer appropriate solutions.
- Understand guest’s needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification HND.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ work experience.
- Previous demonstratable experience in the hospitality industry is required
