Job Title: Guest Service Agent (GSA)
Location: Abuja
Job Description
Provides front desk services to guests, and undertakes various administrative duties, some of which include but are not limited to:
- Welcome guests, identify specific reservations and allocate rooms according to laid down procedures and issue key card when fully satisfied that all processes and procedures have been strictly and diligent adhere to.
- Cross selling and upselling of rooms and hotel products/packages
- Process check-in and check-out for all categories of guests.
- Balance cash daily and prepare daily cash deposits to be remitted to the general cashier, including deposit of all foreign exchange received.
- Maintain up to date guest folios and post all charges, rebates and advance deposits.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification HND.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ work experience.
- Previous demonstratable experience in the hospitality industry is required
