Job Title: Chef
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description
- Assist Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in cooking and then ensuring that all stations are clean.
- Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the kitchen.
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
- Assist chef with chopping, packing and helping/ with dishes.
- Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Parte.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
- Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared.
- Control food stock and food cost in his or her section/kitchen.
- Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
- Any other related task assigned.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years work experience.
