Lickers Restaurant is a fast-paced restaurant which offer delicious african and continental dishes served in the most professional manner. Our office is at Ikeja.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Professional Chef

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Slots: 2 Openings - On Shift Basis
Reports to: Restaurant Manager

Job Description

• Provide variety of delicious African and continental dishes for customers under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager.
• Able to organize the assigned work area and efficiently attend to orders.
• Able to produce a quality product in a timely and efficient manner for customers.
• Responsible to maintain cleanliness and sanitation at the assigned work area.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Prepare all menu items by strictly following recipes and yield guide.
• Maintain correct portion size and quality of the food to the restaurant’s standards.
• Provide support to the team when needed.
• Ensure complete adherence to LICKERS’ policy and procedures.
• Any other duties assigned

Requirements

• First Degree or certificate from reputable culinary institute.
• At least three (3) years’ experience as Professional Chef in a fast-paced and full-service restaurant environment.
• Stress management/composure.
• Excellent culinary skill.
• Excellent food presentation skill.
• Proper food handling techniques and procedures.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills

Salary & Benefits

• N60,000 net pay per month (For a start)
