Job Title: Growth Marketer / Hacker

Location: Lakowe, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

• Work with the Business Growth Driver to drive initiatives that maximize customer acquisition
• Plan and own content calendar with copy, creative, CTA, budgets and plans to drive engagement on Quickraiz platform
• Lead development of and manage digital marketing plan focused on driving increased engagement across all channels
• Execute digital marketing messaging, audience segmentation, content creation and deployment
• Analyze, recommend and lead the implementation of improvement initiatives, measure outcomes and optimize plans
• Keep abreast with the latest trends and changes in UI/UX and digital marketing
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports to evaluate reach, engagement, conversions and other relevant metrics to accurately assess and optimize.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Expertise in marketing, online strategy, user experience, PPC (Google ads and other directories), social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), retargeting/remarketing
• Strong analytical skills including A/B testing , web metrics and sales metrics, skilled at web optimization, sales generation, conversion analysis and creating sales funnels,
• Possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior to generate creative ideas, prior experience in a similar role.
