A farm on the outskirts of Ibadan, Oyo state, engaged in animal husbandry and crop farming wishes to expand its activities in line with its huge potentials. The farm is looking for energetic and experienced workers with qualifications to drive this growth in the position below:

Job Title: Farm Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description
We are in need of Farm Managers in the following areas:

• Animal Husbandry
• Crop farming
• Agriculture Mechanization (Any combination of the above skills)

Requirements
The candidate must possessed the following qualities:

• At least a First Degree in a relevant area with minimum of a Second Class Upper or a Higher National Diploma with an Upper Credit
• At least seven (7) years of experience in a medium-size farm
• A visionary
• Self-motivated and with positive work ethics Self-confident, with initiative and able to work with minimum supervision
• Hard-working with sufficient drive to face and overcome challenges
• Able to meet reasonable but ambitious production targets A good communicator
• A leader.
