Active marketing of products started in June 2013.Excel Charis Pharmaceutical Chemical Limited specializes in importing ,marketing ,selling and distributing oncology drugs, OTC prescription drugs as well as other things that relates to health care and health services. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Junior Acountant

Location: Lagos

Duties

• Providing support to the account department
• Posting and Printing of Customers invoices
• Collection and Confirmation of cash from the sales representatives
• Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, Credit limit; coordinating contact with Marketing and Sales Department.
• Using the cash received register to reconcile the cash paid at the bank
• Proper filing of account department documents such as evidence of bank lodgement, invoices, requisition sheets e.t.c
• Assist in calling of customers to confirm balances

Lodgement of Payment:

• Assist in preparation of financial statement, business activity reports, and forecasts
• Assist in the preparation of budgeting, forecasting and planning process
• Weekly and monthly reconciliation of office expenses.
• Assist in Reconciliation of financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
• Ensure adequate recording of transaction in books of accounts like cash book, ledger e.t.c
• Ensure adherence policies and procedure

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field

Requirements:

• Proficiency in any accounting software and excellent knowledge of MS office
• Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
