TeamAce Limited - Our client, a fashion and beauty boutique in the manufacturing industry, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Store Operations Associate

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Gain Complete Product knowledge of our offerings
• Gain an understanding of our business process
• Strong Selling Skills, Good ability to cross-sell and upsell to customers, coordinating with rest of sales team and MD.
• Customer relationship Management, Cultivate and develop relationships with high spenders and manage the relationship with that customer for repeat business.
• Strong skills to sell using technology, WhatsApp, Instagram Facebook, SMS, etc.
• Be able to use social media platforms to communicate with customers
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Supply management with reports/information on customer needs, problems interests and new product requests.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business or Social Sciences
• Minimum of 2 years Experience in fashion retail or beauty business, event planning, or business a plus
• Must be able to use Microsoft Office Suite Package, Particularly Excel.
• Very good communication skills Oral and Written
• Must have an interest in retail.
• Must have strong administration and coordination skills.

Salary

• N50,000 - N60,000 Monthly.
