Job Title: Head of Attraction

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of excellence are applied at all times in all our events and productions. Also develop achievable plans, strategies, programs and processes that helps in achieving our brand visibility.
• The successful person should be able to assist with event marketing, monitoring timeframes and budgets, networking, and delivering on event brief objectives.
• Your creativity, organizational skills, and vision will assist our organization in amplifying brand visibility and improve our growth through events that effectively communicate our strategy and brand personality.

Academic Qualification and Work Experience

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience, preferable in a similar role, Event planning, Administration or Project Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms.
• Must be creative, Innovative and agile
• Must have Strong communication and time management skills
• Must have strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail.
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• A versatile and good communicator who is passionate about people.
• Must be a leader and have the ability of pastoral leading.
• Must be able to translate strategy into action.
• Must be a creative and innovative thinker.

Salary
N300,000 / month.
