Job Summary

• The primary activity of the role is to interpret, manage, and analyze research data to translate results into better solutions.
• The ideal role holder will work to facilitate greater and better returns through research calls, meetings, data of the competitive market, surveys and though habit analysis.

Job Description

• Meet with clients and vendors to discuss strategies and procedures.
• Collect documents and data of and from clients.
• Analyze past operations’ results and perform variance analyses.
• Use data analysis and interpretations to guide the decision-making of the business.
• Developing pricing models and identify areas of improvement using operations data.
• Ability to use statistical, economic and data modelling techniques and tools.
• Organize and store data for future research projects.
• Assist team in preparing variety of documents and presentations including memos using Microsoft Suite
• Interpreting markets to conclude financial recommendations for clients.
• Testing processes, policies, and protocols for improvement as well as efficiency.
• Developing recommendations to improve business operations in the future.

Person Specification

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, or any related discipline.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in conducting market research.
• Additional certifications are preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.is required.
• Attention to details and commitment to accuracy.
• Working knowledge of the target industry and market.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency using the web, private and public database as a research base is an advantage.
• Ability to keep sensitive business financial information confidential is required.
