Job Description
- We are seeking a full-time lawyer to serve as senior associate. This position requires tactical support of several of the Firm’s practice groups, collaboration with the Dispute resolution unit, and the firm’s other business professionals.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Barrister at Law (B.L)
- 5 - 7 years post-call
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite to include MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Competencies:
- Ability to independently draft highly technical legal instruments
- Clear cut experience in transactional/corporate practice.
- Versatility in dealings with public parastatals and corporation and conducting transactional briefs at clients behest
- Exceptional niche at making presentations, and top-notch business development skills
- Ability to provide high level legal advisory services to top-notch clients.
