Job Title: Marketing Manager

About this Role

• You’ll execute and support our offline and event campaigns across Nigeria.
• The ideal candidate will be well versed in managing events from end to end, have strong negotiation skills and also have experience in offline marketing campaigns.
• This candidate will be key to our continued success in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically plan our weekly trading events across Nigeria; looking at key data insights in order to maximise the effectiveness of our events to achieve the company goal
• Manage from end to end the event cycle from negotiating with vendors, organising at event teams, planning itineraries, branding at event and working with the global marketing team to successfully promote events in order to have maximum attendance
• Manage our offline campaigns in Nigeria, such as promoting INFINOX via Radio, Print, PR and so on
• Working with our global digital marketing and social teams coordinating offline campaigns with online campaigns
• Ensures all communications with the customer or prospects use optimal marketing messages and branding, to increase engagement, encourage repeat business, develop brand loyalty, and ultimately drive revenue - creating an effective customer journey from offline and event campaigns
• Works closely with CRM Manager and rest of marketing team, to plan and develop ideas for content, imagery, and graphics, and use these to create inspiring marketing campaigns;
• Manages external and internal designers to produce marketing collateral for marketing campaigns, ensuring that brand and tone are consistent and effective
• Keeps abreast of competitor activity and brands within Nigeria to help INFINOX stay ahead of the competition

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with relevant work experience.
• Local Nigeria marketing experience
• Previous experience running and managing consumer events
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Previous experience in working with multiple stakeholders from all levels of experience
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to an evolving environment and industry.
