We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Security Supervisor

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Supervising and overseeing security operations of the security personnel.
• Assisting the Security Manager in training of security officers for the Company’s client.
• Assisting the Security Manager in scheduling security functions to the security personnel.
• Assisting the Security Manager in evaluating, assessing and analyzing performance of the security personnel.
• Ensuring that lawful orders of the Company, the Security Manager and that of the client are properly executed by the security personnel
• Reporting all security lapses to the Security Manager and working with the Security Manager to resolve the lapses satisfactorily.
• Reporting all disciplinary issues to the Security Manager and ensuring that disciplinary measures are enforced against erring security officers as necessary.
• Assisting the Security Manager in efficient running of the Close Protection Team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree / HND.
• Atleast 5 years proven experimce as a Security Supervisor.
• Knowledge of supplychain and retail/warehouseservices.
• Must reside in Ibadan or willing to move to Ibadan.

Salary

• N150,000 net / month.
