Job Title: Social Media Marketing & Digital Brand Manager

Location: Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary
The responsibilities of this position includes planning, implementing, executing, monitoring, and managing all our digital marketing and sales activities across all channels/mediums particularly via digital/onlinenetworks, as well as all offline platforms/channels, and more as stated below:

  • You are the guardianangelof all our brands and properties,andthusresponsible for ensuring that all ourbrands -products, services, projects, properties, models and product linesresonate with current and potential customersacross varying demographics;
  • To plan, manageand grow all our social media presences across all digital networks not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube and others;
  • Audit and develop accurate reports on our current social media status, and marketing campaign’s overall performancethus far;
  • To carry out regular market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends;
  • To identify and utilize the latest trends and technologies as leverage tools for more exponential growth for all our brands - products, services, projects, platforms, properties, models and others;
  • You are completely in charge of driving market growthfor all our products, services, projects, properties, models and product lines;
  • To design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing operations and activities;
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, social media pages/channels, service quotas, and target audience;
  • To constantly develop strategies,and managing marketing campaigns across Social Media platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build strong brand credibility & equity for all our brands - products, services, projects, properties, models and others;
  • You are completely responsible for theP&L management of all our products, services, projects, properties, models, outlets/sales points and product lines;
  • Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short/mid/long termprojections
  • Actively participatein product development, pricing and supporting new product launches, and translating all brand strategy into brand plan and go-to-market strategies;
  • To assist in the design and production of all merchandising products, packaging and the ‘in-store’marketing displaysfor all products/merchandise;
  • To design and supervise allcommunication contentssuch asSocial Media posts,press releases, artworks, print and digital media;
  • To supervise all Social Media advertisements, graphics designs, product designs and all other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding;
  • Managing project/brand budgets, marketing executives, content creators/developers, models, junior assistants, all others working for the brands and projects;
  • Interfacing with clients and colleagues across multiple departments (such as marketing assistants, marketing managers and chief marketing officers)while working on so many different projects to deliver all agreed set targets for all stakeholders;
  • To develop and organizeevents such as product launches, promotional events, exhibitions, concerts, video shoots, Movie shootsand photo shoots;
  • To analyse allmarketing campaigns, monitor the performance of allbrandsthrough key performance indicators (KPI)measuredagainsttargetedgoals (ROIs), and then submit detailed reports to management;
  • Working with advertising agencies to manage all stakeholders’ brand’s marketing campaignsto deliver agreed targets within Advertising & Promotion budget;
  • Maintaining contact with vendors and distributors to get critical input on how product design/feel, packagingand implementation can be improved;
  • Achieving profit targets, timelines and all deliverable milestones within budgets;
  • Keeping up to date with market developments and analyzingconsumer insights as well as competitor strategies, and ensuring that all our marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with all stakeholders;
  • To design, execute, oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects;
  • To coordinate with advertising and media experts, and your team tobrainstorm new and innovative growth strategiesto improve marketing resultsfor exponential growth impact;
  • Maintaining, managingand leveraging all our social media presences, marketing database, emails, and display advertising campaignsto create and enhance more growth opportunities for all our brands, as well as to further grow all our brand’s affiliations and partnerships.

Job Description

  • We are actively searching for a highly-creative ‘Social Media Marketing & Digital Brand Manager’to lead our marketing operations.
  • The ideal candidate will create, develop, implement, track and optimize all our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels for all our brands, models, digital products, platforms & properties.
  • The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution to monetization, and replay again, and again, and again.
  • Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in Marketing, Art Direction, and Social Media Management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills to work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers, product designers, graphics designers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget, and deliver huge sales activation/acquisitions for all our brands, properties, products, models , and all others.

Education:

  • B.Sc. Degree from a reputable university preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Extremely creative with excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
