As a result of forming a new JV engineering operation in Nigeria with Dover Engineering, JWG Nigeria limited is now looking to employ engineering professionals into our Lagos office. All applicants are expected to have completed their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Position: Risers
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Application of advanced engineering design techniques for riser systems engineering.
- Supervise project teams; includes delegating analytical tasks and directing engineering work.
- Implement studies and designs, proposal writing. Significant client contact.
- Review and approval of designs, specifications and engineering reports.
Requirements
- Proven track record in riser systems engineering, & project delivery including tendering and procurement of flexible pipe product and ancillaries.
- High level of relevant technical expertise / knowledge.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical / Electronics / Project Management or Instrumentation & Controls Engineering, with a minimum of four (4) years experience, and a typical experience range of six (6) to ten (10) years.
- Ability to work and produce with minimum supervision. Oil and Gas experience is an advantage.
