TeamAce Limited - Our client, a Peer to Peer lending platform in the Fintech Industry, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Periodic financial reporting and tax computations.
• Month-end reporting and consolidation.
• Preparing annual budgets by liaising with management and department heads.
• Liaising with external and internal auditors.
• Answering financial queries from tax consultants, and other relevant bodies.
• Preparing quarterly financial forecasts.
• Maintaining company compliance standards.
• Maintain and record transactions on a suitable accounting system.
• Monitoring Cashflow, Providing back-office services such as accounts payable, collection and payroll.
• Preparation of short-, mid-and long-term business plans.
• Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Accounting.
• 4 - 5 years of working experience as an Accountant in the microfinance or lending business.
• Certification in Accounting is a must (ICAN or ACCA)
• Hands-on experience with accounting software Like Sage, QuickBooks
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong Management and Budgeting skills.

Salary

• N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
