Job Title: Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
- Introducing the company and its products to potential clients
- Driving sales of Baking Premixes to new clients
- Meeting specific sales targets
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of a B.Sc Degree or HND in relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of cognate experience as a Business Development Manager
- Have commendable use of accounting applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
- Great analytical skills
- Eye for detail
- Must be a resident of Ikeja and environs.
