Job Title: Retail / Sales Associate

Job Description

• Identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Staying up-to-date with new products / services.
• Participating in company-wide market storms / strategies.
• Planning, implementing, and managing individual marketing and sales plans.
• Developing and implementing the sales and marketing outreach initiative to increase sales.
• Expanding customer base through cold contacting, networking, and account management.
• Actively involving in strategic alliances by building and maintaining relationships with key clientele.
• Sourcing products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel and sustainable tourism.
• Constantly updating database of new and old customers.

Requirements

• OND / NCE qualification with 0 - 2 years work experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to close sales.
• Problem solving skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude at all times.
• Ability to maintain composure and stay focused during communication with clients.
• Ability to follow-up and make accurate decisions.
• Computer literate in MS windows applications (word processing and Excel, spreadsheets).

Salary
N50,000 Monthly.
