GUS Consulting Limited, on behalf of a Travels & Tour company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Visa Operations Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Handling Visa operations and requests effectively.
• Process all passport and visa forms received daily.
• Check all details and print off relevant forms required to complete the process for the embassy.
• Calling on leads that are generated through digital marketing.
• To undertake any reasonable task that may be required by the Operations/Sales Manager.

Requirements

• First Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in visa handling operations.
• Thorough knowledge of Visa requirements and managing Covid-19 restrictions
• Ability to handle many visa queries simultaneously.
• Enthusiastic with Good Communication Skills.
• Ability to provide accurate solutions based on customer needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
