We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Provide help to customers using the organization’s products or services
  • Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face-to-face
  • Investigate and solve customers' problems
  • Handle customer complaints or any major incidents
  • Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
  • Analyze statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service the organization is providing
  • Produce written information for customers, often involving the use of computer packages and software
  • Write reports and analyze the customer service that the organization provides
  • Develop feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use
  • Improve customer service procedures, policies and standards for the organization
  • Meet with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service
  • Learn about the organization’s products or services and keep up to date with changes
  • Keep ahead of developments in customer service by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending courses.

Job Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with a minimum of 1 year of work experience.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
  • Required to work from Mondays to Saturdays.

Salary

  • N45,000 monthly.
